No you get get pregnant like this unless there is penetration Periods can be late for many reasons such as, stress, diet, weight, medication, exercise, change in routine, illness which can cause late ovulation

You’re not pregnant. How old are you? I ask because it takes up to 5 years for periods to regulate. If you’ve had your period for 5 years then it could be late due to stress or medical issues. If it doesn’t come within another week, you should go to the doctor.
