Pretty sure I’m experiencing a chemical pregnancy. What should I expect?

I got a couple faint positives in the last couple days and then started spotting yesterday. This morning I took a test and it was negative (all three FRER). Should I expect heavier bleeding? If so, when? The spotting has nearly stopped today. I’m confused and gutted by the loss. ☹️

Sorry you're going through that. There is no universal, but I always started bleeding on 17dpo when having chemicals. It was maybe slightly heavier than my average period, but not too heavy or out of the ordinary. Be sure to care for yourself mentally. That will be your biggest "hurdle."

I’m sorry, I just went thru this last month. It’s really hard but I just reminded myself that something wasn’t right with the pregnancy and my body knew it. For me it was better to lose it now than to lose the baby later in the pregnancy or have a child who had significant medical issues. Still hard regardless. The plus side is that my ovulation pattern doesn’t seem off and you don’t have to wait ttc again.
Anyway, I had faint positives too and my period came a week and a half late. My periods are normally 4 days and this lasted 7. I had two really big blood clots, bigger than I’ve ever had (sry if TMI), on two separate days. I’d say my period was slightly heavier and maybe slightly more crampy.

Pretty sure I’m experiencing a chemical pregnancy. What should I expect?
