Shooting pains

I keep getting a shooting pain in my private area more so the pubic bone an and then it sort of goes into my stomach where I’d get cramps. Or also my it’s been since yesterday it’s either sharp and shooting or dull and achy in the labia,pelvic bon.

I am expecting my period in a few days but never experienced those pains this way usually just get cramps, so I am a little worried :( trying to get into my DRs office
