Very bad period pains
I have come on my period last night the pains are so intense I am crying in pain I am on Naproxen 500mg for my period pain but they don't seem to be helping hot bottle isn't easing my pains nothing works it every month I have to put up with intense pain it so bad am literally crying I don't no what else to do I can't go on birth control to help cos they make my mental health worsen.
