How to deal with food aversions?

I am currently 6 weeks and I have having such a hard time with food aversions. Barley anything sounds good besides tuna (which I’m obviously limiting) and specific chips with my favorite dip. I have been pregnant two times before this but they ended in miscarriage and I’m having symptoms crazier than ever before even though I’m so early, mostly fatigue and struggling with food. What can I do to help this? It is really hard for me when not much has sounded good.
