Starting a new job any tips?

I currently work at a restaurant as a host and to go person but I got a call this morning from Walmart saying they would pay me $12 an hour for like stocking and pulling stuff in the freezer section and what not. Idk how I feel about such a change in work yet but I put my 2 weeks in today at the restaurant. Does anyone work at Walmart? Does it suck? I need any advice or tips about this please 😅

The difference in job is that you will most likely be carrying heavy things. I assume 20 pounds plus since you're stocking. I would use a back brace so you dont hurt your back also lift with your legs not your back. Does this pay better than being a host?
