Is this normal??

I had my miscarriage at 13weeks(baby measuring 9weeks no heartbeat)on the 19th I ended up in the hospital because I had a hemorrhage and my blood pressure bottomed. They told me that I wouldn’t need the d&c because I passed all the tissue, well today I started bleeding again, feeling so nauseous, and started feeling the horrible pains I did on the 19th when I passed the tissue, so I hopped in the shower hoping it would help the cramping and pressure in my vaginal area. Then a clot just came out and it wasn’t just a blood clot it was hard like cartilage and then I started bleeding really bad again is this clot normal do you think they were wrono and I didn’t pass the tissue do you think I should call the doctors office? Or is this just normal and happens after miscarriage.

I would t be worried if it felt just like a normal blood clot you have with period but it’s hard and wouldn’t wash down the drain like a blood clot
