Back labor

I’ve had back labor every labor..

this is my fourth baby, would I likely have it again? Just worried that these feelings I’m having are contractions and I’m ignoring it or something. I know they’d be more intensified just anxious cause I’m already at 4cm and lost some of my mucus plug which I know can regenerate.. but still ..
