Had gastric bypass 1 year and 8 months ago, lost 103lbs. Had the Mirena IUD for 4 months and removed in August. The last two months after removal I have had what seems like ovulation symptoms, which I’ve never had before. This month it’s been so bad that they actually feel like early pregnancy symptoms except the sore breast. I want to conceive before my birthday at the end of January any suggestions for conceiving, OTC <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">fertility medications</a>?
