So a few months ago I got these terrible agonizing cramps at the start of my period when I was just spotting. I work in medical so I got an ultrasound she said I had a small cyst on my right ovary.

My cycles since then have been manageable like normal, moderate flow manageable cramps. But this cycle I again had bad cramps before I started and this unbearable one’s that left me sweating from being in so much pain. And I’m bleeding heavily. Is this caused by ovarian cysts? And will it affect my chances while TTC? Why would I get these right before my period?
