What should I do

I have been messaging for a month and we were going to meet up for the first time. But it didn’t happen. 
This is what I got when I asked why we didn’t meet up.  See below.

It’s obvious what to do. You stop contacting him and move on. I wouldn’t keep texting someone who took a month to agree to a meet up next time either. If he was interested, he would’ve asked to meet up a lot sooner.

You should block him and anybody else that doesn’t value your time. He isn’t wrong for feeling that way, however he is wrong for stringing you along for a month. He could have told you right away he didn’t want anything serious then you could’ve had the option to continue or not. You should not have had to “pry” it out of him like that.
