Cycle change

Hey everyone! Hv u got confused with ur own body??? Lately (and now becomes regular) my cycle length went on 28 days from average of 34 days since i remember to track down my periods. I know that our cycle would be renewed every 5 years but is it normal to start now? Im 25 yo btw, hv anyone experience this?
