Test or Not?

I got my implant removed September 20th, I had sex on the 30th. Took a pregnancy test on October 20th it was negative. Then started to experience light spotting for like a day or two on October 23..Should I take another pregnancy test or just count it as my body adjusting back to normal.

Hello! I had my implant removed on 09/15/22 and we had sex on the 17th. I never got my period. As time passed I started to notice changes like nausea, fatigue, and cramps. I was told to keep waiting on my period because it can take up to 3 months for it return. My body was telling me something is off. TMI but I had an increase in discharge. For the past two weeks I bought pregnancy tests and they came up negative until 10/30/22. I took one more because I started to have lower back pain. I couldn’t believe my eyes a faint pink line popped up and I was like this can’t be so. I took two more and the lines grew darker. I was shocked because I never had the chance for my period to start and now I’m pregnant. So listen to your body because it is possible to conceive without a period! It’s happening to me now.
