Amazon trouble

I purchased an order that was $235 and it was taken from my account 10/21 but about 2 days ago I got the money back and that transaction disappeared from my purchase history. I have received all but 1 of the items. I’ve tried to call my bank multiple times but I keep getting hung up on with the automated system - Bank of America. I virtually chatted with a Amazon representative and she said that they don’t take money of until everything has shipped but I’ve never experienced that. I buy it, the moneys taken out - simple. In fact I have other Amazon orders that haven’t shipped but the money is taken out of my account. Im so confused. Any insight?

Edit: it doesn’t show taken out of my account balance. It did until 2 days ago and now I have my balance plus that $235 which was previously taken out
