Side sleeping and hip pain help!
Any advice on alleviating hip/thigh pain from side sleeping? I'm normally a tummy sleeper, so sleeping on my sides is really uncomfortable.
I'm 21w3d and back sleeping is now also uncomfortable. I've tried sleeping with my back against a pillow so I'm more on my back but it stretches my side muscles on my stomach and back so much that it's hard to breathe and is also uncomfortable like the tendons or whayever might snap from extension.
I have a body pillow, but lifting my leg up isn't giving relief at all, and I have to turn multiple times a night to relieve the pressure on my hips and hips/thigh muscle which is resulting in very sleepless nights as i have to drag the pillow with me aswell.
What can I do? I am exhausted and in pain!
