Early dilation?

I’m almost 25 weeks and have been told I’m already 1 cm, is this be normal? This is my 2nd baby. I just feel like it’s really early to start dilating.

With my first, I was 1cm dilated at 28 weeks. Only reason I ever knew this is because I was having them check me because of Braxton Hicks. You can be 1cm dilated for a long time. I didn’t need any interventions and gave birth at 38 weeks to a healthy baby boy.
