Why do I still have breast milk?

I know this is a silly question but my son is and year and a half old and I never breastfed. But sometimes I leak a little and straight up if I squeeze my breasts some milk comes out. Why is that still the case?

I had milk for three years. Not much but I could get a couple drop if i pressed.

If it’s a lot, and this is a new thing, you could be pregnant. But once you’ve produced milk, it’s kinda always there. I haven’t nursed my youngest in over a month and I can still get drops out..with my oldest I nursed her for a few months but even a year after I stopped I could get milk out- but I was pregnant. 😅

Is it actual milk?
I am truly jealous. I guess you can't imagine because I imagine this is a huge inconvenience. I just wish I could have breastfeeded my kid.
apart from that I think that if you never breastfed, it might be reason for concern and would contact a physician
