Overstimulated mom

I’m a single mom so I do pretty much everything myself along w my toddler today I went to the grocery store at 12 & it was packed. They remodeled it so I couldn’t find anything & my toddler just kept talking and I kept answering her while trying to freaking move around the new grocery store aisles are so freaking small!!!!! Anyways we get home I’m unloading the car heading upstairs & someone’s in the driveway and my toddler swears it’s her dad I’m telling her it’s not him while holding all our groceries and I end up yelling at her to hurry up when we got upstairs she took her shoes off and went into the living room and cried :( I feel like shit and now I want to cry. I’m so overstimulated and just tired I feel like such crap bc I know she was just excited at the thought it was her dad and I couldn’t control my irritability
