Falling while pregnant

I fell pretty hard on my stomach at 22 weeks pregnant. The hospital said baby is ok but to watch his movement and any bleeding. I’m still very worried because my placenta is in the front and Google isn’t helping my nerves. Has this happened to you or anyone you know? 🥺
