Is it likely to get pregnant on the pill

I have been taking birth control through the pill form for a year. I have 4 children with the youngest just turning 1 in September. This month I have missed my pill twice and had to double up. I had unprotected sex last week and I started my last row of pills today. Saturday I went to go pee and when I wiped myself it was really creamy and a streak of pink too. It went away but today it’s back and the pink streak is a little thicker. Could I be pregnant and implantation bleeding is happening? Or is it possible I can just be coming on my period early? I have been feeling some cramping in my uterus.
