anal bleeding but no pain

sorry for the tmi but I went to the bathroom earlier (#2) & when I wiped I noticed there was lots of bright red blood, dripping in toilet as well. I have no pain at all just a little bit gassier than usual😅 my car just broke down so I cannot go to the doctor so I figured come on here and possibly find out if its super serious or not?
