still pregnant? confused

i was three days late when i took a FRER yesterday morning and it came back a faint positive. i waited and took a rapid result and it also came back as a faint positive. an hour or two afterwards i started bleeding. like i started my period but not as heavy. i am still bleeding this morning and took a digital and it came back negative. has this happened to anyone else and were still pregnant and had a healthy pregnancy or no. i am just confused
