No it just means your baby is measuring smaller compared to the average baby. I think an average baby at full term is around 7lbs depending on how your baby is measuring they will most likely be a lot smaller at full term.

My abdomen is measuring small but baby is now measuring right on track. If they were concerned they would do other tests. Most of the time it's because of your body shape and /or baby just being a little smaller than average. =) xx
