Been trying for 5-6 yrs to get pregnant i finally just gave up ans accepted it will never happen well i had some weeird dreams last night so i took a test this morning. Does this look positive?

thanks guys it all feels so unreal lol i thought i couldnt get pregnant took another test in drs office she said im definitely pregnanr probably about 7-8weeks :)
