Neck pain please help!

I’ve suddenly got really severe throbbing pains in my neck, just under my jawline it’s only one side and it’s quite sore. I’m panicking as I suffer so badly with anxiety. Does anybody know what this could be or experienced it before. Please help 😩 I’m not pregnant. 5 months pp.
