Anyone got blood tests done postpartum and stuff were off?

Alkaline phosphate and alt are high so is bun/creat, lymphs and other stuff but I didn’t have any of these issues before and I had never done bloodwork postpartum until after my 3rd because I was lightheaded so I thought I was probably anemic I guess it’s something else but have anxiety now to see what the doctor says

I requested a CBC panel (to check iron) and TSH (because I had to be medicated during pregnancy for low tsh). But everything was a okay. I did this with my last pregnancy too. But I had to request the tests.

Not sure what these specific ones tells, but it's very common for women to have some issues afterwards with everything from vitamin deficiency to hormone related issues or thyroid issues.
The most important thing is learning so it can be dealt with the right way 🙏
