Trying to get pregnant

Hello guys!

I have pcos and trying to get pregnant, i was using metrofin and cyclo pregenova for 4 months! After I stopped using the medicine I got really bad crumps with stomach aches and 17 DC and this was my test. A day after, I got a megative test. Is their a chance to get pregnant this cycle or no? Do u guys see a positive line?🥺

PS: my cycle is 29 days
