I’m so unsure

So I just so confused about this. I went to the ER because my period had been let for what I thought was a month, turns out is been two months it’s late and all the pregnancy tests I take comes back negative. But I’ve been having so much of the symptoms. Tired, more hungry than usual, always peeing, little soreness on my breast. I just don’t know what to do or what it can be. Can anyone try to shed light about this situation please.
