Are you breastfeeding or bottle feeding ?

I didn’t breastfeed my first, did my second, and do not want to Brestfeed this go around. It was so draining and hard but worth the bond I have with my boy ! I feel I have the same with my oldest who was bottle fed …

My son was born at 35 weeks 4 days back in 2016… 
He was an emergency c-section. I thought he was breast feeding but on day 3, he almost pulled his eye out. He wasn’t breastfeeding because I wasn’t producing anything. I had the nurse have the audacity to say “how could you starve him?” 
I was a new mom and didn’t know. Probably the worst day as a mom for sure… i tried for a month to nurse, pumping around the clock and got absolutely nothing. My husband came home from work and I had a pump attached to both breasts just hysterically crying because i was failing… 
The trauma from that has stayed with me all these years so we made a decision to just bottle feed from the start. This is our miracle and last baby and I want to enjoy every moment with her… 
fed is best no matter how it happens.

I breastfed my first until one, my second is 2 and half and he is still breastfeeding and I am 25 weeks pregnant. I am so done with breastfeeding but can’t seem to wean him off and my husband is not supportive he wants me to keep breastfeeding but feel like I just can’t anymore. I had decided not to breastfeed the next one, but then with the formula shortage and the formula recall. I have decided I will breastfeed but just until one.!

I plan on breastfeeding again. With my son, he was exclusively breastfed for the first 9 months before my supply started to drop so I supplemented with formula and honestly, I found formula way harder than breastfeeding. I know it’s not the case for everyone, but having to plan around having a bottle with and warm water if we went anywhere, the inconvenience of having to get a bottle ready at night, having to keep track of the time instead of just feeding on demand, the constant dishes of bottles, and the cost of formula was just significantly harder for me than breastfeeding

I have a history with anxiety and I got it bad after my daughter was born. She had ties which made feeding so difficult and so I stopped breastfeeding for my mental health cause I was spiraling. What helps my anxiety is medication and sleep lol so I plan on doing both so that hubby can take a feed so I can sleep. I won't put too much pressure on myself this time around, it's not worth it. I also want to pump more to try and avoid having to spend on formula. Fed is best!

I plan to breast feed but I have bottles at home and will have formula on hand just in case. 
I breastfed for almost a year with my daughter but we really struggled in the beginning. I would say it was more me than my daughter. If I only knew then what I know now. I have a feeling this time around will be a bit easier. I hope...
