Yesterday I called to make my son an appointment for speech therapy but the lady said their computer wasn’t working so she got my information and said she’d put it in the computer when it came back up and she’d call me back to schedule the appointment. I haven’t heard anything yet I’m debating if I should call back if I don’t hear anything by tomorrow or if I should try another location.

I’m just curious, which would you do?

Update: They called back last night and my son has his first appointment in a week. Thank you to those who replied:)
