Hi everyone. Period due the wkend (apparently) Sat sun or Monday ! My cycle varies. Well today I’ve had some very very slight spotting and little cramps. If this turns out to be my period Would you consider this day one of period or do you wait until you have “proper” flow if you get me ? I sometimes might not have any spotting tomorrow or the next day then full on period the following. Where would day 1 start ?
