Why does being underweight cause sexual dysfunction?

I searched about it but there’s no underlying cause to why. Just how it can cause low sex drive. I am underweight and experience premature orgasm and difficulty getting turned on but I don’t know how being underweight causes that.

The same way being obese affects sex drive. It messes with estrogen and progesterone, changes your cycle etc.

Well when your nutrition is deficient then the bodily functions that are least important get put on the back burner, sex is a human need but it’s not a necessity for survival. So it’ll suffer. But I don’t see how a premature orgasm has anything to do with being underweight. I think that’s just a coincidence.
