How often do you clean the base boards in your home?

Just wondering 😅
I've been living by myself since 2013 and I am still learning new things that I should have been cleaning.
(my mom never cleaned so i really never had a great example)

Never 🥴 we have very busy lives, both work full time, two kids. School. My house isn’t dirty but I don’t do the little tedious things like that like I should 😅

Every time we have important company or a party. You have to be careful with baseboards once you see how clean they are without the dirt it will make you want to clean like bonkers 😆

I know some people do it every time they mop their floors… But my god it’s awfully tedious. I usually try to do random things like that twice a year.

Almost never. If I see them looking bad, I clean the ones that look bad. I normally sweep and mop them as I’m sweeping and mopping the house, but as far as getting in the floor to clean them never. Only the bathroom ones gets cleaned with any amount of frequency, and that’s because I live with a toddler boy and a husband who are gross.

I cleaned them recently because we had a party but hadn't cleaned them since we moved in and painted them all, almost 2 years ago. I do spot clean them if I notice something though.

I dust and wipe my baseboards weekly because … 6 large dogs and kids 🤣 they would be absolutely vile otherwise

We had our house appraised last May & that was the 1st time i cleaned my baseboards since moving in 2017. Lol I try to do it regularly now because it just looks so much neater.

About twice a year when I do a big clean where I move and clean absolutely everything in the house. If I'm vacuuming and notice the baseboards are dusty in the meantime, I'll give them some attention.

I do them every other month probably because I have a lot of pets that shed. Pet hair, dust, and pet dander cling to those bad boys like no joke. And some of my pets have dark hair so it’s super noticeable.
