Which side to sleep
Hey mamas and mamas to be,
I am currently 19w3d pregnant ( low risk pregnancy) and I have been struggling with sleep. My OBGYN recommended that I sleep on my left side, but my whole life I’ve been a belly sleeper, which is extremely difficult to sleep now. Some people and some Google articles are saying to sleep on the side that feel comfortable. My left side gets tired and sometimes numb a lot at night so I end up switching to right side for 5-10 minutes.
