Period or implantation?

So, I’ve never been late and I was about a week late until today i saw blood. I’m almost 100% sure this is my period but I just want second thoughts because after this, it’s been very light and I guess pinkish? I took 5 pregnancy tests before when I wasn’t getting my period and they all came up negative.
