I’m curious if this has happened to anyone else. I had a baby on July 25th, my PP bleeding stopped the third week in august. I got my period back sept 8-12th. And I haven’t had one since. I am not use to this because with my past two pregnancies I got on nexplanon after and I bleed literally all the time. So I’m not use to not bleeding if that makes since. I am not on any BC this time because I hated how much it affected me etc. I was wanting to track my ovulation and period though so I knew when I needed to use protection or just not have relations to keep from getting pregnant at this time. However with no bleeding I am at a loss on how to track anything now. I am pretty good at tracking but now I’m thrown for a loop and this no period is new to me. And I know one little slip up could get me pregnant too soon. I take a pregnancy test every two weeks especially if I had relations. My test was negative today. So I know I’m not pregnant. I am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 month old and still breastfeeding my 2yr old. Just curious about if this has happened to anyone? How did you track things? Did you end up pregnant bc of this? When did you’re cycle return to normal? Thank you for any input
