With my first pregnancy (July 2021) I had no symptoms during the first trimester. But currently my period is due the 8th of November. Monday and Tuesday of this week I had a very tight chest and today the tightness has gone to my stomach. And I’ve been nonstop burping. Could this be pregnancy heartburn?? I’ve never had heart burn.
