I am 29 weeks 1 day. I started having regular contractions at 10:30am this morning, every 2 to 4 minutes. I called my doctor's office at noon but didn't get a call back until 1pm and was told to go to labor and delivery to get checked out. We arrived at labor and delivery just before 2pm. Cervix was closed. They gave me fluids from 2:20pm until 3:20pm incase I was dehydrated (I'm not). When fluids didn't help, they decided to give me tocolytics at 3:40pm. My contractions got weaker but didn't slow in frequency. They decided to send me home because my contractions weren't as strong as they were when I arrived and my cervix is staying the same, closed. It's 9pm now and my contractions are anywhere from mild to moderate and still 2 to 4 minutes apart. I have a doctors appointment early tomorrow morning so we'll see if things have stayed the same.. 🙏🤞
