Lots of ewcm negative opk

So I had watery cm on Sunday and we dtd then on Monday-Tuesday heavy ewcm. We dtd today in AM and cm is scant but still a bit watery. But all these days still negative Opk. Today was almost positive. Is it possible to ovulate without getting a positive Opk?
