My 39+2 induction story 🤍
Everett Grier Cline
8lbs 1oz
21 in long
I had him Nov 1st at 7:02pm
I was 3cm when I got here and have been 3cm since I was like 37 weeks. They started me on pitocin around 8am and a they checked me every other hour but I still wasn't progressing I was only a 4 after like 3 hours but the pain was awful so I got the epidural.. there was no way I could wait any longer because I know sometimes it takes them FOREVER just to get to you so I had finally asked for it BUT it stopped working at 6cm and the man who did my epidural was in a very serious surgery at that point so he couldn't make it back up and my contractions were BACK TO BACK I couldn't breathe I was shaking, crying, screaming.. I felt so upset considering this is my last baby and I wanted to enjoy it pain free.
I'm sure the whole hospital heard me scream too lol
but finally after being checked at 6cm 20 minutes later I was feeling the urge to "use the bathroom" and he was ready to come out! He came flying out with 1 push! Pushing him out was the easiest part.. his shoulder did get stuck tho but it didn't hurt and once he was coming out it felt relieving. The contractions were definitely the worst part.
BUT
To anyone who is having their November babes good luck and we wish you the best 💞🍂
