Am I in the wrong or is he?
Tomorrow 11-4-22 my husband and I are bringing our two kids a 15-year-old and a 7 year-old to support our local high school football team at one of the playoff games. My husband works with one of our 15-year-old daughters classmates mom, our daughter is not friends really with this classmate because how this classmate treats people my husband knows this but today while at work this classmates mom asked my husband “hey can my younger child ride with you guys tomorrow to the football game?” He right away answered and said yeah I don’t see why not let me just double check with my wife, I told him that would be a NO I have no idea who this child is and I will not be held responsible for someone else’s child three hours away and I told my husband a while ago unless they’re friends with our kids. It will be a no, so now he is pissed off at me because I told him no when I know for a fact, this child older sibling who drives is driving to the game and will have more room in their vehicle than we will have an ours. He is telling me I am just being rude and mean there should be nothing wrong with it but I told him our kids do not know who this child is and I will not have a child. I do not know in my vehicle and if there anything like their sister, which I have heard they are then it’s a no.
