Help! I need foods to eat
Im 27 weeks and I have literally gained no weight. Baby is measuring fine, but I’m concerned because I feel tired a lot, cannot seem to eat a full meal, and just generally disinterested in food 😩. The only food I can consistently handle has been cereal. I try making meals, but get nauseous. I try eat frozen meals (so that I’m at least eating a meal) but get nauseous after a few bites. I’m a teacher, so I eat the school meals and can usually down those, but I’m also constantly busy and cannot seem to find time to eat in class. I try to make time, but something always seems to require my attention. Are there any food you guys have found that are easy to make and eat while pregnant? I really want to eat more
