Sweating in my sleep
Hi all, I’m not sure if this is a concern or not, but wanted to talk about it and get some opinions. Recently I bought and moved into our house, so we got all new furniture including a bed, our bed is from Nectar. In our apartment, I never once sweat in my sleep, I actually don’t think I have ever unless it was summer with no AC. Now I wake up, with whatever part that is touching the bed, usually my back and back of legs, damp with sweat. I have always used a heating pad in bed, I don’t sleep with it on, but I use it frequently because of my back. I’m not soaked with sweat, it’s not noticeable through my clothes but I can feel that is damp.
My bedroom sits between 62-68 degrees, so it’s not cold, I use a 20 pound weighted blanket, but I also used a weighted blanket with my old bed. I’ve slept on the couch and this doesn’t happen, and I’m not sweating before I fall asleep.
Could it just be the bed trapping heat, does this happen to anyone else?
