Help me understand

So a little background, I have never in my period life have had a normal period a lot of that stems for endometriosis but even when if was irregular the length and symptoms were the same. After my daughter and the battle of birth control and getting off birth control it was the same nothing change other than my weight, tha fast forward 3 years I lost my twins my cycle actually became semi normal after that traumatic event than a year almost 2 I get pregnant with my son.

Now here I am, I have the liletta iud and everything is all fucked up, in January it will be one full year. The last 4 cycle are all over the place from extreme heaviness for 7-8 days or barley spot breaking out and cramped for 5-6 days. Like no winning. ( currently In the process of find a new OBGYN my doc retired )
