Baby wont sleep without swaddle
My baby just hit 4 months old and I've been trying to get her out of the swaddle but she refuses to go to sleep without it. I've tried one arm out, both arms out, a zipadee zip, and warming her bassinet before putting her down but she wakes up as soon as she's put down and will not go to sleep until I swaddle her with both arms in. I am desperate for any tips that anyone may have!
