I woke up a week ago with excruciating cramps and shortly after, this passed. I went in for an ultrasound earlier that day and was told i was measuring 4-5 weeks instead of 6-7 like I should have been. I knew I was going to miscarry at that point. I was told the gestational sac would be small. This seems pretty big for what was described to me. Does anyone have any idea what this is? It doesn’t look like just a blood clot. It clearly has white tissue. I passed something smaller just last night that more fits the description of the gestational sac. Sorry for the photo, I just can’t find anything similar online. Thanks!
