Help?!?

My period has been very normal for as long as I can remember. Well over the last few months it has drastically changed.

I used to have it the same time every month like clocwork. Super light cramps, almost nonexistent. Then there was 2 days of light red bleeding, 3 days of heavy red bleeding, 1 day of almost no bleeding and then 1 day of light spotting.

Now, I get a weird dark brown/clear discharge for a day, then nothing for 2 days, then mild cramps, then heavy dark brown discharge (no odor or itch) then heavy cramps, then heavy red/brown discharge for a few days with clots, then light red discharge. And the whole thing spans over like 8 -10 days from start to finish. What happened?!?

Have not been on BC since 2020, my daughter was born in 2019, separated from my ex husband 2/22, started seeing new trans boyfriend 4/22, he had hysterectomy in September. Help. So obviously not pregnant.

What is happening to me 😭😫
