4 weeks pregnant - spotting and cramping

So I am 4 weeks pregnant and learnt on 1st with frer that I’m pregnant and have been having cramping since then (mild to medium ) but today morning the cramping was intense for few mins with this kind of spotting and then the cramping stopped or became mild with less spotting .

Has anyone had this and had healthy pregnancy?
