Would you call to get someone that was convicted for watching child p*rnography fired from their job?
In 2020 an ex classmate of mine was convicted and sentenced to prison for buying child p*rnography. I have not seen or heard from this person in years. I randomly came across his case while reading my city’s local news site. According to the article the material on his hard drive contained explicit videos with kids between the ages of 4-8. Last I read he was convicted and sentenced to prison.
This morning i ran into a local gas station to get gas and my ex classmate was working at the Amatos sandwich shop located inside of the gas station. I’m shocked! Like how can a man that was convicted of buying child p*ornographgy work with the general public!?! I searched his name and he’s not registered as a sex offender. It’s been less than 3 years and he’s already out. I’m tempted to call the Amato’s and inform the owner about his past. I just don’t think it’s safe. People bring their kids into the store with them all the time. I literally feel sick to my stomach he shouldn’t have any type of access to children.
Am I wrong for calling the owner to get him fired?
