Update:

11/9/22

I was sent to urgent care on 11/7 for evaluation due to the spotting. My hcg at 4 weeks 1 day was 1,016. I went back today 11/9 and it has doubled. Todays number was 2,062. Doctor said that’s great news and if I should start spotting again I would have to be reevaluated.

Spotting only lasted one day and had some residual spotting the following day but after that it turned clear again.

Its 2 days before my missed period. I got very faint positive lines around 7/8 dpo. They progressively got darker. This morning I took two more tests and they looked good. However about 2 hours ago I started bleeding. I had blood when I wiped and some mixed in with my cm in the toilet. I took another test and it still looks pretty positive, but the bleeding continues when I wipe. Im not very hopeful. Unfortunately I feel like this could be the beginning of a miscarriage … any insight would be helpful. Also I’ve been cramping since I found out I was pregnant which I had with my son, but now with the bleeding I know this is not normal …

Today is 13 dpo. So far my pregnancy tests are getting darker. I had some more spotting mixed in with cm around 9pm last night but this morning my cm is back to clear. I don’t want to get my hopes up but I guess I’ll just wait and see. First 13 dpo test was taken at 2am (woke up to use the restroom) and last test was taken this morning around 8am.
